Do I need to register to place an order?

No, you may check out as a 'Guest'. We recommend customers register for ease of future shopping as your account will retain order history and contact information.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we offer free shipping on online orders over $100. This promotion only applies to in-stock items that can be ground shipped to a single address via UPS in the continuous United States.

When is my order processed?

Orders are typically processed and shipped within one business day after they are placed. Your credit card is charged when your order is shipped. Expedited orders must be placed by 4:30PM (EST) to be shipped same day. Please note that shipping couriers do not operate on Sundays, federal holidays, or observed federal holidays.

How can I find out about your newest arrivals?

Select the main menu option titled "NEW" to browse our newest items.

It appears that the item I would like to purchase is out of stock. Can I be notified once it has been restocked?

What is your return policy?

Online orders may be returned for a full refund with the exception of shipping costs no later than 30 days from the original purchase date. The product must be in its original condition with its original tags. Unless an incorrect item was sent or an item was damaged, The London Trading Company does not provide free return shipping.

Absolutely! Please contact us via e-mail or phone and we will be happy to assist you. With information of your details and sizing, we can pre-select fully customized options in apparel and accessories for you to review and try on. We highly encourage setting an appointment for an outfitting so that we can provide undivided attention and service to your needs. If you are not local to the Atlanta area, provided with additional details and correspondence, we would be happy to ship you customized outfits for your shopping needs. You may return any items that do not suit you.
